Ring Yang studied film production and direction at Syracuse University, The School of The Art Institute of Chicago, and the California Institute of the Arts. Ring’s primary focus is on Film Production and Graphic Arts. She has written, produced, and directed several short films showcasing science and philosophy subjects. Her central interest remains in an existential perspective of life.

Ring's artistic practice is also dedicated to Sound Production and Improvisation Acting/Directing technique. During the Pandemic, Ring started her own FanArt Club which later turned into a small book-publishing business named HEJGoodwill Media.
